 苏州市创新产业发展引导基金(有限合伙)(苏州基金)成立于2017年11月14日，是一家苏州国资发起、市场化运作的 母基金，首期注册资本120亿元人民币。苏州基金采取“母基金+子基金”的运作模式，面向全国甄选行业优势明显的头部 机构及精品团队共同在苏州设立子基金，为高端人才、创新技术与社会资本搭建资源对接、区域联动及金融招商的综合 服务平台。截至2023年底，苏州基金已签约投资45支子基金，注册规模超970亿元，投资范围涵盖医疗健康、TMT、硬 科技、新能源、供应链及消费升级、高端制造等众多投资领域。

 Suzhou Innovation Industry Development Guidance Fund Limited Partnership (Suzhou Fund)was founded on November 14,2017. It is a fund of funds initiated by Suzhou state-owned assets and operated in a market-oriented manner,with initial registered capital of 12 billion yuan.Suzhou Fund adopts the "fund of funds+sub-fund"operating model,selecting leading institutions and boutique teams with remarkable industry advantages nationwide to jointly establish sub-funds in Suzhou,building a comprehen- sive service platform for resource connection,regional linkage,and financial investment attraction for high-end talents,innova- hnologies,and social capital.As of the end of 2023,Suzhou Fund has signed investments in 45 sub-funds,with registered amount exceeding 97 billion yuan.The investment scope covers numerous investment areas including healthcare,TMT,hard technology,new energy,supply chain and consumption upgrade,and high-end manufacturing.
