苏州天使创业投资引导基金管理有限公司（简称“天使母基金”）成立于2021年1月，是苏州市委、市政府为优化创投生态、引育前沿人才而设立的专业基金管理机构。公司管理苏州天使投资引导基金与苏州百亿人才基金两大政策性母基金，同时在管天使创新一号直投基金。其中，天使母基金首期规模60亿元，致力于培育新兴产业、招引优质项目，推动产业创新集群建设；百亿人才基金总规模100亿元，首期25亿元，重点支持各级领军人才和优质创业项目，为苏州建设人才友好型城市提供有力支撑。

Suzhou Angel Venture Capital Guidance Fund Management Co., Ltd. (Suzhou Angel FOF), founded in January 2021 by the CPC Committee of Suzhou and the People’s Government of Suzhou, is a professional fund management company that aims to optimize the venture capital ecosystem and to attract and develop high-caliber innovators and entrepreneurs. The company currently manages three funds: two major policy-based FOFs, the Suzhou Angel Investment Guidance Fund and the Suzhou Ten-Billion-Yuan Human Resource Fund, and one direct investment fund, the Angel Innovation Fund I. The Suzhou Angel Investment Guidance Fund, which was initially launched with CNY 6 billion, aims to incubate emerging industries, attract high-quality projects, and promote the development of industrial innovation clusters. And the Suzhou Ten-Billion-Yuan Human Resource Fund, planned to reach CNY 10 billion in total size and with CNY 2.5 billion already deployed in its first phase, focuses on supporting pioneering professionals at all levels and high-quality entrepreneurial projects.
