苏州国发创业投资控股有限公司（简称“国发创投”）成立于2008年5月，注册资本38亿元。国发创投在充分发挥国有资本“引导、示范和放大”作用的同时，坚持以金融资本为纽带、市场经济为导向，运用资源整合能力，打造“股权直投、母基金、资产管理、债权融资”四大业务板块，管理基金规模近1300亿元，直接投资企业中60余家在境内外资本市场上市。其中母基金规模50亿元，投资子基金75支，合作子基金共投资企业一千余家，成功培育上市企业77家。

Suzhou International Development Venture Capital Holding Co., Ltd. (SIDVC) was established in May 2008 with a registered capital of CNY 3.8 billion. Today, SIDVC leverages state capital to “guide and lead for greater outcomes,” and, meanwhile, employs financial capital as a bridge and the market economy as its compass. Based on its resource integration capabilities, SIDVC has now developed four core business segments: direct equity investment, fund of funds (FOF), asset management, and debt financing. The company currently manages nearly CNY 130 billion in funds. As an investor, SIDVC’s direct investments in companies have helped over 60 of them get listed on domestic and foreign stock exchanges. And as an asset manager with CNY 5 billion FOFs, SIDVC has invested in 75 sub-funds and has indirectly supported and grew over 1,000 companies — 77 of which have gone public.
