苏州市产业投资集团有限公司（简称“产投集团”）前身为苏州市信息化投资有限公司，成立于2003年9月，2022年6月整体并入苏创投集团。公司主营业务涵盖基金投资与实业投资，截至2024年末，总资产3.05亿元，净资产2.34亿元。产投集团战略投资入股了苏州市数字证书认证中心有限公司、苏州市民卡有限公司等数字经济领域企业，管理及参与设立多只直投及母基金，累计出资近20亿元，投资覆盖医疗健康、TMT、新能源等多个领域，助力苏州市产业结构优化与升级。

Suzhou Industrial Investment Group Co., Ltd. (SZII) was established in September 2003 under the name Suzhou Informatization Investment Co., Ltd. and was merged into Suzhou Capital Group in June 2022. Now the group’s primary business activities include fund and industrial investments. As of the end of 2024, the total assets of the group had amounted to CNY 305 million, with its net assets totaling CNY 234 million. In its role as an investor, the group has made strategic equity investments in digital economy companies including Suzhou Certificate Authority Co., Ltd. and Suzhou Citizen Card Co., Ltd. And in its role as an asset manager, the group manages and has partnered with other entities to establish a number of direct investment funds and FOFs. By channeling nearly 2 billion yuan into sectors such as healthcare, TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecommunications) and new energy, the group has actively helped optimize and upgrade the industrial structure of the city of Suzhou.
